3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, parts availability, and conditions discovered during the work. We will communicate any material change in scope or cost before performing additional work.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the appointment window provided. Emergency calls take priority and may shift scheduled appointment times. Customers may cancel or reschedule by phone at (512) 598-4241 with reasonable notice.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. A returned-check fee may apply for any check returned by the bank.
6. Warranty
Round Rock Plumbing stands behind the quality of our work. Repairs are warranted against defects in workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. Parts and equipment are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, freezing, accidents, or modifications made by others after our work is completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Round Rock Plumbing is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the services we provide.
